Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed within 3 business days and then shipped via Standard Shipping, which typically takes 5–11 business days to arrive. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. We currently ship within the United States only.
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $75. For orders below that threshold, a flat rate of $5.99 applies. Exact costs are always shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Not at this time — we currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also visit our Track Order page at any time and enter your order number to see the latest status.
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to modify or cancel, please email [email protected] within 1 hour of placing your order. After that window, changes may not be possible as the order may already be packed and ready to ship.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to investigate and will offer a replacement or full refund depending on the outcome.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Final sale items, intimates, and swimwear are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label (domestic orders) or return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds are processed within 2–5 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
We currently process exchanges by returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement. This ensures you secure the exact item you want before stock runs out. Start a return as normal and our support team is happy to help you choose the right size.
Returns ship free with our prepaid return label. We strongly recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Payments & Pricing
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay / Google Pay where available. All transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Absolutely. Our checkout is PCI-DSS compliant and all payment data is processed securely by Stripe — a globally trusted payment provider. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Prices are displayed in USD by default. Your bank or payment provider will convert the amount to your local currency at their current exchange rate. Any currency conversion fees are charged by your bank, not by us.
Yes! We regularly run promotions and offer exclusive discount codes to our email subscribers and social media community. Enter your code in the 'Discount code' field at checkout. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Products & Sizing
Every product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in both inches and centimetres. We recommend measuring yourself (bust, waist, hips) and comparing to our size chart rather than relying solely on your usual clothing size, as fit can vary between different styles and fabrics.
Our clothing runs from XS to 5XL depending on the style, with denim and trousers also available in numeric waist sizing. Size availability may vary by style — check each product page for exact options. If your size shows as out of stock, use the 'Notify me' button to receive an email the moment it becomes available again.
Care instructions are printed on the label inside each garment and also listed on the product page under 'Care & Materials'. As a general rule, we recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and air drying to preserve colour vibrancy and fabric quality.
We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your monitor or device screen settings. If you have specific questions about a colour or fabric before ordering, email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help.
Popular core styles are often restocked. Use the 'Notify me' button on any sold-out product to receive an automatic email alert the moment it's back in stock. Limited edition drops and collaboration pieces are typically one-time releases and do not get restocked.
Account & Privacy
No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating a free account allows you to track your orders, save your shipping address for faster future checkouts, manage your wishlist, and view your full order history.

Yes. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request' and we will process your request within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA).
Every marketing email we send includes an 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom. Click it to opt out instantly. You can also manage your email preferences from your account settings. Note: unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect order confirmation and shipping update emails, which are transactional and cannot be disabled.
